Association President
Tony is a Senior Air Traffic Management Officer working with UCAA. He has over 10 years aviation experience & is spearheading leadership of the Association
- Chair and preside over all executive committee meetings, General and Special General Meetings, functions and activities of the association.
Samuel Mugabi
EVP -Technical
Samuel is a Senior Air Traffic Management Officer with more than 8 years in aviation field. He sits on Ugatca EXCO as Executive Vice President – Technical.
- Deputize the President and shall be in charge of all professional matters.
Mathias Buyinza Kimbugwe
EVP-Finance
Matthias is a Senior Air Traffic Management Officer -Approach Radar Surveillance with an aviation experience of more than 10 years. He executes the role of Executive Vice President – Finance
- Collect and deposit all such funds in the name of the Association in banks
Andrew Bogere Kabakubya
EVP – Professional
Andrew is a Senior Air Traffic Management Officer – Approach Radar Surveillance. He has over 10 years experience in aviation. His docket is Executive Vice President Professional. Andrew has a deep passion to see ATCOs exercise professionalism while at work and is interested in Remotely Piloted Aircraft systems (RPAS)
Raymond Atuhairwe
Public Relations Officer
Raymond is a Senior Air Traffic Management Officer working at Area control Centre. He has vast experience in aviation. He works as the association Public Relations Officer.
- Be responsible for public relations and manage any publications of the association.
- Ensure that the association is adequately and properly branded.
- Manage the web host, maintenance, design and upgrades of the association website and keep its content current.
Ronald Ssebaggala
General Secretary
Ronald has got more than 5 years experience on the mic , providing separation to aircraft on the maneuvering area and within the vicinity of the aerodrome. He is the general secretary.
- Record minutes, maintain records of all proceedings of association meetings, and distribute the minute
- Ensure follow up and implementation of resolutions, orders, votes and recommendations of the executive and assembly.s to the members.

He has over 5 years of experience.
He is so passionate about Air Traffic Control.

Robert Mugenyi Edemacu

Robert is a Senior Air Traffic Management Officer working as an ATM supervisor. He has over 20 years experience in ATC having done Aerodrome, Approach Procedural , Approach Radar Surveillance , Area & Airways Control & En-route Radar Control. He sits on the Ugatca EXCO as a committee member 1
